House Rules

Our rules exist to protect every resident and create an environment where everyone can focus on healing, growth, and building a better future. By joining our program, you agree to uphold these standards.

Sobriety & Drug-Free Policy

Zero tolerance for alcohol, illegal drugs, or any controlled substances on the premises.

Residents may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing at any time.

Any violation of the sobriety policy will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

Prescription medications must be disclosed to staff and stored properly.

Curfew & Schedules

Curfew is 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday.

Curfew is 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

All residents must sign in and out when leaving and returning to the home.

Residents may earn additional privileges and flexibility through consistent accountability, program participation, and demonstrated stability after the probationary period has been completed.

Repeated curfew violations may result in program termination.

Cleanliness & Property

Residents are responsible for keeping their personal space clean and organized at all times.

Common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living room) must be cleaned after each use.

Weekly room inspections will be conducted by staff.

No smoking inside the home or on the property.

Any damage to property caused by a resident is the financial responsibility of that resident.

Respect & Conduct

All residents and staff must be treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or physical violence will not be tolerated.

Noise must be kept to a reasonable level — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No guests are allowed inside the home without prior staff approval.

Romantic relationships between residents are discouraged to maintain a focused environment.

Program Participation

All residents are required to actively seek employment, education, or vocational training.

Residents must attend all scheduled house meetings and case management appointments.

Participation in life skills workshops and community activities is expected.

Weekly progress check-ins with your assigned case manager are mandatory.

Residents must have a documented plan for transitioning to permanent housing.

Financial Responsibilities

Program fees are due on the 1st of each month — no exceptions without prior approval.

Residents are encouraged to open a savings account and save a portion of their income.

Outstanding fees must be resolved before a resident can be considered for program completion.

Financial assistance resources will be provided to eligible residents.

Grounds for Immediate Dismissal

Possession or use of drugs, alcohol, or weapons on the premises.

Physical violence or threats toward any resident or staff member.

Theft of any kind from residents, staff, or the organization.

Bringing unauthorized individuals into the home.

Repeated and willful violations of house rules after written warnings.

All residents are required to sign a copy of these house rules upon move-in. Rules are subject to change with advance notice. Questions about any rule should be directed to your case manager or house staff.
