How We Help

Our Program

Every resident receives a structured, individualized experience built around recovery, accountability, and long-term success. No two journeys are the same — and our program reflects that.

Core Program Components

Peer Support & 12-Step Model

A community-based recovery model that uses peer accountability and the 12-step framework to support lasting sobriety and personal growth.

Alcohol & Drug Education

Structured education designed to shift attitudes, deepen understanding, and build healthier behaviors around substance use.

Individual & Group Counseling

One-on-one sessions to develop personal coping strategies, paired with group discussions that reinforce a drug-free lifestyle through shared experience.

Relationship & Family Support

Guidance to help residents rebuild healthy relationships, identify enabling patterns, and address family dynamics that can contribute to relapse.

Relapse Prevention Planning

Evidence-based strategies to help residents recognize triggers, develop response plans, and build the resilience needed to maintain sobriety long-term.

Anger Management

Skills-based training to help residents identify emotional triggers, regulate responses, and develop healthier ways to communicate and cope.

Social & Recreational Activities

Structured opportunities to build new sober social networks, develop community connections, and rediscover purpose and joy outside of substance use.

Sober Living & Continuing Care

For residents who need additional time and support after completing the program, we offer continued housing options to ease the transition to independent living.

Intake & Goal Setting

Motivational Interviewing

A compassionate, non-judgmental approach that helps residents find their own motivation and readiness to commit to the work of recovery.

Reflective Journaling

Guided journaling exercises that encourage residents to examine their lives, identify patterns, and set meaningful goals for their future.

Personalized Treatment Planning

Each resident's plan is built around their unique history, strengths, and needs — with clear, measurable goals agreed upon between staff and resident.

Individualized Support Services

We recognize that no two people experience addiction the same way. Depending on each resident's unique needs, history, and recovery goals, additional support services may include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Motivational Enhancement Treatment (MET)

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Case Management & Resource Navigation

Financial Literacy & Budgeting Skills

Employment Readiness Support

Health Education (HIV/Hepatitis/TB)

Smoking Cessation Support
